What happens after I install?
After installing from the Stripe Marketplace, you subscribe ($30/month) and we provision a dedicated PostgreSQL database for your account. Your Stripe data starts syncing immediately — historical data backfills in minutes, and webhooks keep everything up to date going forward.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes — we offer a live demo environment with sample Stripe data so you can explore the SQL editor, AI agent, dashboards, and monitors before committing.
Is my data secure?
Your database is fully isolated — no other user shares it. OAuth tokens and database credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. We use Supabase for database hosting, which provides enterprise-grade security and SOC 2 compliance.
What Stripe objects are synced?
We sync 18 object types including customers, subscriptions, invoices, charges, products, prices, payment intents, payment methods, disputes, refunds, credit notes, checkout sessions, and more.
Can I connect my own tools?
Absolutely. Your database is standard PostgreSQL. Connect psql, Metabase, Tableau, Looker, dbt, or any tool that speaks SQL. We provide full connection credentials including host, port, database, username, and password.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal — no lock-in, no cancellation fees. Your database and data are deleted when your subscription ends.
Do you support multiple Stripe accounts?
Yes. Each Stripe account gets its own dedicated database and subscription. You can install PaymentsDB on as many Stripe accounts as you need.
